  • Order intake automation: email/fax orders auto-parsed into a Sage-compatible CSV for one-click upload; Julia (marketing) is already prototyping this.
  • Daily email briefing from Claude on sales activity versus prior periods.
  • CS capacity: automate routine order processing so CS staff can spend time on quality phone conversations.
