Preferences
His data journey ran CSV to Excel to DWH/BI, and he is now convinced the next step is Claude on clean data rather than another BI investment. He explicitly rejects defining a fixed end-state up front: prefers to iterate, keep what works, and discard what does not. Data quality is, in his experience, the real bottleneck (his entity-consolidation prototype surfaced wrong intercompany codes), so he wants agents to ask before making assumptions rather than silently proceed.

Priorities he articulated (Finance): automate monthly management reporting so that once a month is closed, data feeds the lake and Claude produces P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow in minutes instead of a week of manual Excel; consolidate the two ROTOP legal entities (the Phase 1 demo case). Longer term: an agent that detects the month-close event, generates the integrated reporting package, and flags anomalies.
