Weekly Catch-up
First weekly Jour-Fixe (JFX) between Gemma and ROTOP, working off the ClickUp board. Bijan, Bianca, and Christophe (Gemma) with IT lead Torsten Rex.
Kickoff follow-ups
- Server access (with Frank): IP whitelisting and SSH access moved to next Tuesday with Frank present; Bijan to clarify directly with Frank. Outcome to be confirmed at the next JFX.
- Server IP + credentials from Stefan Profus: received; Bijan confirms the connection works.
- GitHub org and repos: Torsten has tasked Frank to create three repos (infrastructure, data-loading, data-transformation) with the handles ChristopheGitHub, soltanianalytics, and BiancaFrost; to verify at the next JFX.
- Shared data email (
data@rotop-pharmaka.de): it is a shared mailbox and already exists; Torsten is still clarifying access. - Credit-card authorisation (Snowflake + dbt Cloud): the contract is being forwarded to Einkauf (purchasing); Gemma to send the cost dimension for dbt Cloud + Snowflake to Torsten by Friday. Must be resolved before Rex’s holiday.
- Claude Cowork admin access: Torsten is checking the internal policy (direct Gemma access vs. screen-sharing).
- Sage-100 dump: delivered and filed in the shared drive (the BC dump arrived at the kickoff).
- BC dump plausibility check (Bijan/Bianca): anomalies to be reported to Torsten by Monday.
- KTR (cost-centre) group code: filed; Gemma needs someone to provide context on it.
- Michael’s AVV mandate: Torsten to obtain the Weisung from Peterseim by email.
- Subject-matter contacts: Torsten to clarify with Peterseim which Finance/Sales people to pull in for data reconciliation, and to invite Frank to the weekly sync.
Next steps
The engagement shifts into requirements engineering for the Finance metrics: concrete field definitions and granularity (mirroring the “Annex A” already done for Sales), aligned with Dr. Peterseim on data availability and KPI definitions. Torsten to be given ClickUp access.
