Colayer

Berlin-based partner that sources and manages digital-transformation projects, often for PE portfolio companies. Colayer acts as intermediary between end clients and specialist partners like Gemma; it is product-agnostic and holistic, and connected to GENUI (and Auctus) through PE transformation work.

ROTOP engagement

On ROTOP, Colayer is the client-facing contract holder: Gemma’s offer wraps into a Colayer-style offer (Colayer adds its fee) and Colayer routes it to ROTOP. There was early tension over this routing (Colayer wanted to lead; Gemma preferred a direct engagement), resolved as the wrapped-offer model. Manu attended the ROTOP kickoff workshop. Gemma works with Colayer as a service provider on other engagements too, tracked outside this corpus.
