Background

Gemma and GENUI share an AI-tooling philosophy: Claude on AWS Bedrock for EU data residency (GENUI already operates this way), Microsoft 365 as the base. Oliver’s mandate is fast, visible data/KPI wins, and he prefers a breadth-first MVP (quick first views across all verticals) over a deep single-vertical build.

There is potential for GENUI to route further portfolio companies to Gemma. One such referral (APELOS Therapie, framed as “analog ROTOP”) already followed; it is tracked outside this corpus for now.
